Group outdoor training can offer a fun alternative, or can compliment your current workout regime. What’s better than enjoying the sun and nature while getting a great sweat alongside like-minded individuals? We currently offer two class options and we cater to all fitness levels!

CALISTHENICS

A form of training that uses your body weight (rather than relying on equipment) to build muscle, Calisthenics is a full body workout that involves balance and strength. Led by our calisthenics expert, you’ll be guided through progressive exercises that will have you repping those pull ups in no time.

STRONGER YOU

Our signature full-body workout designed to improve your strength, coordination and overall fitness! This session is open to all women regardless your fitness level. Expect dynamic movements, supersets, and a whole lot of fun!

PRE AND POSTNATAL

Specially designed for all you mama and mama’s to be, this session will arm you with exercises that boost your confidence before and after you give birth. It’s normal to be nervous to workout while tending to a little one, but let our specialists guide you with exercises deemed safe (and beneficial) so you can stay strong. You’ll love our lil’ mama community.

Stronger You

This all-women’s outdoor class focuses on good technique, movement fundamentals, and building a stronger self. Using a combination of bands and bodyweight exercises, you’ll leave this hour long bootcamp feeling energised and ready to kick ass. 

Location - Fort Canning Green, also known as the Lawn. Nearest Carpark is Fort Canning Carpark A and Nearest Bus Stop is SMU (5-8 min walk). 

Day/Time - Mondays at 6:30pm & Fridays at 8am.

Fortify

This strength and conditioning bootcamp is for everyone! Using bands, bodyweight exercises, and the hilly terrain of Fort Canning, we’ll ensure that you have an hour-long challenging workout while still focusing on great technique. 

Location - Fort Canning Green, also known as the Lawn. Nearest Carpark is Fort Canning Carpark A and Nearest Bus Stop is SMU (5-8 min walk). 

Day/Time - Fridays at 7am.


 
 

Boxing


Incorporating boxing into your fitness regimen offers a valuable addition. It not only enables you to acquire a new skill but also provides a simultaneous challenge to your current fitness level. This engaging discipline encompasses footwork, punching techniques, and evasion drills that mirror the dynamic movements in boxing. Additionally, it features complementary conditioning activities such as skipping, circuit training, and bodyweight exercises.
