With a keen interest in all things sport and movement from a young age, it is no surprise Ben eventually found his way into the coaching world. After injuries left him unable to play rugby the way he wanted, Ben turned his attention to mastering movement, athleticism, and pain free living through exercise. 

A firm believer of prioritising performance and form over aesthetics, Ben uses a combination of movement proprioception, skill mastery and a variety of strength training methods to help clients regardless of their goals.

With 7 years of coaching experience, Ben is your go-to if you’re looking to develop long-lasting and sustainable habits to live the life you desire. 

His diversity in knowledge of strength and conditioning, calisthenics, gymnastics skills, injury prehab, and the science of coaching weaves perfectly with the integrated approach of SCA. 

When he isn’t in the gym, you can often find him handstanding, gaming or at the beach.
