Youth Athlete Development

Our youth programs help developing athletes build a strong foundation in movement, strength, speed, and coordination. Whether they play team sports like netball and football, or are just starting out in athletics, we guide them with the structure and support they need to grow—physically and mentally.

Nutrition and Sustainable Lifestyle Coaching

2-1 Small Group PT

Want to share your fitness journey with a friend or partner while spending quality time together in a healthy way? Train with a friend or partner and enjoy the motivation of working together at a cost-effective option. Just like 1-on-1 coaching, every session is customised to both your goals and abilities while keeping it fun and results-driven.

 Pre & Postnatal Fitness

Training during pregnancy and postpartum can be empowering when done safely. Our coaches are experienced in guiding women through each trimester and the months after childbirth. We focus on core and pelvic floor health, breathing mechanics, strength maintenance, and functional movement to support a smooth pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. We work closely with physiotherapists to ensure you’re moving with confidence

Many of our over-50 clients are still playing sports, running races, or simply wanting to move without pain—and we help them do exactly that.
