BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy · Level 4 Strength & Conditioning

Holly’s passion for helping people, combined with her fascination with human movement and anatomy, led her to pursue a career as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. After graduating from the University of Brighton over a decade ago, she began her career in private practice, treating a variety of conditions. In 2016, she joined the United Kingdom Armed Forces, serving until 2024 and even embarked on a six-month deployment on a Royal Navy ship.

Over her 11-year career, Holly has treated numerous sports injuries, helping patients regain full function from daily activities to pain-free running and high-level sports performance. She has also prepared individuals for UK Special Forces Selection training.

Holly has a particular interest in acute and chronic sports injuries. Having personally experienced chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain, she possesses a deep understanding and empathy for common aches and pains.

She believes in addressing the unique goals and needs of each patient, identifying root causes to alleviate pain, enhance function, and prevent future injuries. Holly’s approach aims to empower patients to move beyond their injury-related limitations and build a stronger, healthier future.

Passionate about education and empowerment, Holly combines her extensive knowledge and experience with her love for strength and conditioning. She believes that education, movement, and exercise can help individuals achieve almost any goal. Holly recently embraced a new adventure, moving to Singapore to work with SCA.

When she isn’t on the gym floor, Holly enjoys exploring new places, discovering new restaurants, training in the gym or constantly seeking self-improvement by reading or listening to audiobooks on health, fitness, and longevity.
