Through repeated injuries when he was younger, James found himself in the physiotherapy clinic on numerous occasions and it was this that sparked his interests in becoming a physiotherapist. Originating from Australia where he obtained his physiotherapy degree, James has now relocated to Singapore to apply his passion for sport into his physiotherapy practice.

James has been pitch side for AFL as a trainer for the past 4 years in which he has helped rehabilitate multiple injuries from the acute stage all the way back to return to play.

He is a firm believer in taking an active approach to rehabilitation and providing clients with the appropriate tools to not only educate them but empower them to take charge of their own injuries. James also likes to incorporate a proactive approach through functional strength training to prevent the injuries before they occur.   Outside of work you will find James in the gym practicing what he preaches.

If he isn’t in the gym then he is more than likely on the golf course.
