Bsc (Hons) Physiotherapy · Diploma in Physiotherapy · World Rugby Level 2 Medical · GEMT Dry Needling Level 1

Playing rugby from the mere age of 8, Nick has always had a deep passion for sports and fitness. This passion eventually led him to pursue a career as a physiotherapist. Having gone through ACL and meniscus rehabilitation as well as a bone graft on his wrist, Nick is no stranger to the rehabilitation process.

Besides his work as a physiotherapist, Nick has been working as a personal trainer for over three years. A firm believer in self-management, he empowers his clients and arms them with the knowledge they need to make lasting change.

Needless to say, he also believes in prioritising fundamentals over strength and maintaining good form in order to improve clients’ conditions.

Unbeknown to many, he has a penchant for photography - primarily focusing on fitness photography but open to others such as portraits.
