It is our passion to empower you to reach your goals. With a highly experienced personal training team that specialises in various disciplines (i.e weight loss, body transformation, pre/post-natal, injury/pain management, sports performance, etc), we aim to keep you accountable, celebrate your progress, and challenge you when necessary. 


1-1 In Person Training/Coaching

We know that every client has different goals and requirements. With 1-1 personal training, we ensure that you’ll be provided with a personalised and structured program, so that your goals are not only met, but also challenged and built upon!

Small Group PT (2-4 pax)

Have similar goals, or just want to spend quality time doing something healthy with a friend or partner? This could be a great option, and more cost-effective, option for you. Like our 1-1 sessions, all exercises and weights will be personalised.

Online Programming

Are you a frequent flyer without much time to commit to in-person training sessions? Do you prefer to train on your own but still want the structure and accountability that a trainer would offer? Online programming might be for you. Using a software called Truecoach, your coach will set up customised workouts for you to follow and check in on your progress.

Lifestyle Management  

We believe that health and wellness go beyond the four corners of the gym. In fact, it’s a lifestyle. We want to support you on this journey and will provide advice during regular check-ins so you feel stay motivated.

Nutritional Support Guidance

We will review your daily eating habits and educate on the most suitable plan for you. Guidance will be given on calories, macros, food groups, hydration, etc, so you feel informed and guided with the process. If a more detailed plan is required though we would recommend a separate nutrition review with your coach.

Body Composition Analysis

Just basing your health on the weight on the scale does not provide enough information. To gather more data, we use either bioimpedance analysis or skinfold calliper readings.

Bioimpedance analysis sends a weak electrical current through your body. From this it estimates your body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, fitness age, resting metabolic rate and more. Although not 100% accurate, so long as the timing of this is constant, it gives us a lot more objective data to track progress. 

Skinfold measurements estimate the same results (using anywhere from 3 to 9 sites on your body), but this produces more accurate results.
